8am - 11am (AEST)
“At the heart of Waldorf Education lies an approach that seeks to meet each child on his or her own terms, and yet the new and greater challenges presented by many children today lie outside the traditional training of most teachers.”
How can we meet the diverse needs of the children who come to us today, bringing obstacles and challenges we may feel ill-equipped to meet? How can we support all our children to develop into well-rounded individuals and maintain calmer, more productive classrooms?
Join us with Robyn for three hours each morning from 8 a.m. Sydney time over three days to explore what it truly means to observe, and why those observations are useful. We will work into how the pictures of the curative polarities Steiner gives in Curative Education can be understood and how the conditions of the polarities affect the child and their relationship to the twelve senses. And finally, we will talk about what we can do to support the child to overcome their difficulties, both at home and in the classroom.
