Freshwater Creek Steiner School (FWCSS) is a vibrant, educational community, centered around our K6 Primary School and Early Learning Centre, where 200 children are enrolled.
At FWCSS, we are committed to working together to develop clarity of thinking, depth of feeling and strength of will in each child so they retain a sense of wonder, love learning, and grow as cooperative and capable individuals.
We are currently seeking applications for the role of Prep/Foundation teacher to commence in January 2026. This is a full time, ongoing position. The successful candidate will be a dedicated and experienced primary teacher, preferably with experience with the 5–6-year-old age group. The Prep teacher works from the principles of Steiner Education for the Early Years, with a Class of up to 25 children and an assistant (co-educator).
FWCSS is situated on 24 acres of farmland near the beautiful Victorian Surf Coast, 95 kilometers southwest of Melbourne. The successful candidate will be ready to live and work in this coastal/rural location and join our Early Childhood Team and our whole school community.
